Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days . For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day . Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 business days , and 2–4 business days for Belgium and Germany.
