My payment was not processed — what should I do?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if the order hasn't yet been shipped. Cancellation is no longer possible after shipment, but you can return the item once you've received it.
Shipping and Returns
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I return my order?
Yes, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
My tracking link isn't updating, what should I do?
It can sometimes take several hours for tracking information to update. Please allow up to 24 hours for the most recent status to appear.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a PostNL Track & Trace link by email. You can track your package every step of the way.
