You can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days . For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day . Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 business days , and 2–4 business days for Belgium and Germany.
